America's Abortion Mill

Obama Defends Support for Abortions WASHINGTON -- Obama says abortion is both a moral and ethical issue, and abortion rights backers make a mistake when they consider it solely a matter of women's freedom. Obama told a prime-time news conference Wednesday that he supports abortion rights because he thinks a woman is in a better position to make a very personal choice than a member of Congress or the president. He said he would like to reduce the number of unwanted pregnancies, especially teen pregnancies that he said have increased. Obama said the Freedom of Choice Act in Congress, a bill that would protect a woman's right to have a child or end a pregnancy, was not his highest legislative priority. (End of Article)

Americans need to be confronted by what they support. Daily approximately 4000 children in America are sacrificed to the god of abortion with far too many in America supporting the candidates who insist that legally killing babies is "a good policy". Many of them turn a "blind eye" to the moral, spiritual, and practical ramifications of what they are doing. How can "God Bless America" when we have the blood of almost 50 million unborn human beings on our hands? Folks that is almost 9 times more than the Jewish holocaust in Germany. There were 5,962,129 holocaust victims and America kills that many by abortion every 5 years. Shame on us. God have mercy on us. As Mr. T would say, "I pity the fool". Make no mistake about it. God has spoken very clearly in His Word. (Psa 33:12) says "Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance." and (Psa 9:17) says "The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God." We are a nation in need of repentance because we are a nation without a moral compass who has forgotten God. How many great leaders have we killed? How many great doctors have we killed? How many scientists who might have discovered the cure for cancer have we killed? The answer is: we will never know unless we stop murdering our own.

Way too long between posts

Wow! The last post was August of 2007. I even forgot my password. I just happened to see my blog saved in my favorites and thought it would be good to put up some fresh posts.
What's new? Hmmm. There's a different president since the last time I blogged. I probably weigh a little bit more. I own a different motorcycle. I'm soon to be a grandpa. And probably best of all....His mercies are new every morning. (Lam 3:22,23) It is only because of His mercies that we are not consumed. What a thought! I don't know about you but I've done some things in life that I probably should have been struck dead on the spot for. I'm not proud of it but it's just the facts. But I am thankful that I serve a merciful God who came up with a great way for me to experience forgiveness and a relationship with Him. It's not by keeping some ritual or list of rules. It is by the blood of His dear Son. The wonder of wonders is that a "filthy rag sinner" can confess (own up to, admit, say the same thing that God says about) their sin and though their sins be as scarlet, they can be made white as snow by the blood of Jesus Christ. Revelation 1:5 tells us that Jesus washed us from our sins in his own blood. Water can't do it. Works can't make us right. But the blood of the sinless Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world can! I'm so glad that God has made this cleansing available to a sinner like me. It's available to you too if you need it.
